We understand that each student's educational background is unique. It is with this in mind that we make every person's admission into Central Coast College an individualized process, designed to create a plan that helps you reach your goals in the most effective manner.

Choosing to continue your education is one of the largest investments of time and money you will make. We want to make sure that you get the most out of your experience at Central Coast College.

Because each student's experience is different, we examine more than just your academic transcripts. Our selection criteria for students enrolled in training are:

• Aptitude
• Motivation for training
• Ability to benefit from training

We also require a Certificate of Graduation from a school providing secondary education or a General Educational Development certificate (GED) prior to enrollment. Our Admission Advisors can refer you to a variety of resources for obtaining your High School Diploma or GED.

Students with special needs should contact the Admissions Director during the admissions process to determine how they can be reasonably accommodated.
