Since the college's founding in 1983, many of our graduates have returned as employees in our Student Services Department. We feel that hiring our own graduates is one of the strongest endorsements we can provide.
On average, our faculty members have nearly 20 years experience. We empower our faculty to provide students with "real world" experience, to help them make connections between theory and practical use of training, and bring greater understanding of career expectations.
Central Coast College faculty and staff members are actively involved in continuing their own education as well. They regularly attend workshops and conferences to sharpen teaching and administrative skills.
